  The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
